5. CLIENT DATA AND USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Licensor does not access, store, or manage operational, transactional, or commercial data generated by the Client within the Products and Services when such systems are used in local environments or under the direct control of the Client.

The Client assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the management, security, and backup of such information.

In the event that the Licensor offers cloud-based solutions or other technological environments involving the storage or processing of Client data in the future, such services may be subject to additional conditions, which will be communicated accordingly.

6. DATA SECURITY

The Licensor implements reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal and business information.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the information.

7. DATA RETENTION

Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as to comply with legal, contractual, or business obligations.

The Client may, as applicable:

• Request access to their information

• Request correction of their data

• Request deletion of their information

El Licenciante no accede, almacena ni gestiona la información operativa, transaccional o comercial generada por el Cliente dentro de los Productos y Servicios cuando estos son utilizados bajo entornos locales o bajo el control directo del propio Cliente.

El Cliente asume de forma exclusiva la responsabilidad sobre la gestión, seguridad y respaldo de dicha información.

En caso de que el Licenciante ofrezca en el futuro soluciones basadas en la nube u otros entornos tecnológicos que impliquen el almacenamiento o procesamiento de datos del Cliente, dichos servicios podrán estar sujetos a condiciones adicionales, las cuales serán comunicadas oportunamente.

6. SEGURIDAD DE LA INFORMACIÓN

El Licenciante implementa medidas razonables de seguridad físicas, técnicas y organizativas para proteger la información personal y empresarial.

No obstante, ningún sistema es completamente seguro, por lo que no podemos garantizar la seguridad absoluta de la información.

7. RETENCIÓN DE DATOS

La información será conservada únicamente durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con los fines descritos en esta Política de Privacidad, así como para cumplir con obligaciones legales, contractuales o comerciales.

8. DERECHOS DEL USUARIO

El Cliente podrá, según corresponda:

• Solicitar acceso a su información

• Solicitar la corrección de datos

• Solicitar la eliminación de su información
